The success of coaching should not be a one-off! To reach a continuously high employee performance level and employee satisfaction my coachings regularly address performance, recovery and the adaptation to changes within the coachee’s personal setting. Particularly, managing change is an important competitive advantage for businesses requiring established change-management-competences on the individual employee-level. Your employees, in particular parents, are constantly faced with changes. Barely nothing develops as quickly and as differently as children.
When talking about personal recovery, it is important that the individual setup of the coachee enables recharging his or her batteries. This is a particular challenge for many parents, having the kids to care for in their “work-free” time. Baring that in mind, it is basically impossible to disconnect business performance from private life. However most business coaches are not educated to lead through personal challenges within family life.
In my coaching training and my professional experience, again and again, I’ve encountered a point at which no progress is possible without imparting relevant expertise! This accounts for both: business coachings and family coachings. Theoretically, coaching ends at this junction and professional consulting begins. Because the difference between coaching and consulting is: the consultant brings in their own expertise.
However, expertise doesn’t help if a solution is imposed. Because the solution must be individually developed by the coachee to reach the coachee’s “Buy-in” and commitment! It is also possible that the coachee is missing necessary knowledge to implement the particular solution or objective,
That’s why I clearly offer the best of both worlds, i.e. coaching and training in each coaching. It’s the only way to achieve customized and sustainable results.
For this I’ve developed a completely tailor-made concept with proven effective methods. How does it work?
1. Coaching & Online Academy
The coaching itself takes place online. I have an established online academy to facilitate the learning of techniques and knowhow that will support the individual coachee. The relevant modules will be handpicked for the coachee’s specific situation and needs.
This approach allows optimum preparation of the individual coaching sessions, in which we can efficiently address the core of the coachee’s challenges. Learning selected techniques parallel to the coaching ensures sustainable results far beyond the coaching itself and ensures also efficient short-term effects.
2. My Expertise
My expertise to do so differs from other business coaches: the stretch between private life and business life can cause the meake or break for employee performance and satisfaction! I have developed expertise for both areas allowing me to focus the coaching exactly where the need arises with both professional experience and expert knowledge. In most business coaching the private life of the coachee will somehow be addressed without explicit knowledge.
That is a major difference. I have invested in a 2.5-year systemic family coaching education and gained thorough experience by providing also pure family coachings. One of my longterm personal hobbies is the research of studies regarding parental bonding and family sciences to be up to date with international research in regards to child development.
I am convinced that parents with careers need the security that they have chosen the right path for themselves and for their children! The quality of the family time is at least as important as the quantity of time that is available. Every parent knows that kids development is a miracle and a challenge at the same time.
I therefore advise parents in regard to their personal set-up at home, but also train their parental skills to enable a need-oriented and stable parent-child relationship. This contains for example suitable communication skills for kids, settling conflicts, self-management, coping with changes and solution development. These coaching aspects will also provide valuable effects and benefits for the business.
3. My coaching is a 100% SafeSpace!
To ensure that employees feel safe to speak about any potentially related topics that arise or affect their personal life, NO coaching content whatsoever will leave our sessions. Unless the coachee wants to address outcomes with you as an employer.

All of my topics have one thing in common: people and companies are insecure about them! What can and should one say or do? Many new models and approaches have established; however most managers and corporates have little valid personal experience in their application and implementation. Not each of those models is a match for your company, because the chosen model must be the right one to meet your needs and goals.
The trend that companies try out these new models and flexible work processes to gain qualified employees should also stretch to retaining valuable employees, particularly also after their parental leave. Nearly all my clients confirm that their efficient start in a new role or their return after maternity leave was inefficient due to a lack of professional onboarding. Hence this is also one major factor that must be considered when speaking about efficiency and maintained employer attractiveness.
And this point is particularly important: Providing the fastest possible performance by (new) employees is made considerably more difficult by insufficient preparation
I support companies with objective external perspectives and know-how about various solutions and their implementation through training and workshops or individual consulting.

Success factors for efficient internal networks in the company are:
Impulses, keynotes, professional input and the resulting exchange are the first initiators that create added value for the employees.
A network is created and feeds on relationships: Who is the contact person for what, who do I like, who can I approach?
The network needs to become useful! To encourage your employees to use it for their own purposes, the network needs to become a trusted frame. It can also be an opportunity to establish internal mentoring.
It is vital to prove continuous improvement of the network. Rethinking offers, diversity and input to maintain the employee’s openness to use the network as a valuable resource.

More and more companies are deciding to set up internal or cross-industry networks or develop them professionally in order to offer employees sparring, exchange and input on as many levels as possible. One motivator can also be an internal coaching or mentoring network, which is a very good empowerment tool despite inexpensive set-up costs.
