Neurodivergent Advisory
Maintain performance in key roles. Retain valuable potential.
Companies whose success depends on cognitive performance and innovation need people who identify complex connections early, bring different perspectives together and develop effective solutions. These are precisely the kinds of working environments that attract neurodivergent talent — yet many employers are unaware of this connection.
Such companies sustain performance in key roles by creating conditions that enable professionals and leaders — including those who are neurodivergent — to apply their expertise reliably.
This is a capability that can become a competitive advantage.
Turning high competence into reliable impact
Talent management and leadership development should not depend on whether neurodivergence has already been identified at an individual, team or organisational level.
This leads to three key business questions: Are distinctive capabilities used withi the right tasks? Do hard-to-replace professionals and leaders remain effective and committed under the conditions of their role? And does leadership identify critical developments early enough to take targeted action?
Deploying exceptional capabilities strategically
Exceptional capability does not automatically translate into the right fit for every role.
Distinctive strengths may lie in analytical thinking, strategic foresight, pattern recognition, deep subject-matter expertise or unconventional problem-solving. They only create business value when roles and responsibilities are designed to put those capabilities to effective use.
Securing the long-term commitment of key talent
Different people need different conditions in order to perform and innovate. Often simple but explicit adjustments can prevent exceptional capabilities from being constrained by standardised ways of working.
Detecting critical developments early
Fluctuating performance, withdrawal or recurring conflict can have very different underlying causes. In many cases, people continue to perform at a high level while an increasing share of their capacity is absorbed by adaptation, self-monitoring or compensation. Such patterns can be particularly pronounced in neurodivergent professionals and leaders. Recognising it earlys reduce unnecessary strain and can prevent declining performance or that high potentials leave the company.
What matters is identifying where change will make the greatest difference: at the level of the individual, leadership, the role, specific processes or the working conditions. Without this clarity, even well-intended interventions can bypass the actual problem.
Coachiba Services
Coachiba supports companies in three key areas: neurodivergence sensitive leadership development, the targeted design of roles, and advisory on complex decisions for HR, leaders and executive management.
Individual Development
This support is designed for people in highly specialised key roles, leaders and senior management.
The focus lies on decision-making behaviour, self-regulation, delegation and navigating high levels of complexity. My DECODE Framework for Executives connects the specific demands of the role with the individual’s way of thinking and working. It reveals the areas in which development is most promising.
Role development Job Crafting
Promotions, role transitions and increasing responsibility mark stages of interest.
The WORKFIT Framework which I developed for job crafting allows to create additional capacity and a better fit where tasks, responsibilities or working conditions unnecessarily limit strategic thinking and effective decision-making.
Advisory for HR and leadership
Coachiba helps you identify where change needs to begin: with the individual, processes, leadership, the role or the working conditions.
The advisory includes case-specific sparring, expert assessment of potential courses of action, leadership briefings and targeted training for leaders and HR. Scope and participants are determined by the specific situation.
Business reality meets neurodivergent perspectives
I know the demands of complex leadership and corporate roles from first-hand responsibility — as a manager in the automotive industry, a senior manager in management consulting and an entrepreneur. Decision pressure, conflicting interests and far-reaching consequences are part of my professional reality.
I combine this experience with many years of expertise in ADHD, AuDHD, giftedness, 3e and complex profiles. As part of my ongoing Doctor of Education research, I also examine how pressure affects leadership behaviour and performance.
